Our mission is to create an unforgettable tasty experience that everyone can enjoy. We are committed to supporting our local Ontario Farmers by incorporating their rich vibrant hand-picked fruits and freshly grown produce into all our homemade Jams and Sauces. Our goal is to keep our tables delicious and create a more sustainable future for our farming partners.

We help local farmers by purchasing their unsold fruits and vegetables at markets, then including them into our decedent recipes. This produce would otherwise go unsold by the farmer losing valuable resources. We purchase their goods at fair value, not bartering with hard working farmers.

Also, we help eliminate waste of the unsold fruits instead of being scrapped.
